This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions between you (“you” or “your”) and Fibulas Inc. d/b/a Chillin.Rocks (“Chillin.Rocks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website located at www.chillin.rocks and any associated services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

4.1 Payment. Payments must be made using accepted credit/debit cards or other methods offered at checkout. All payments are processed securely by third-party processors. Chillin.Rocks does not store sensitive payment details.

4.2 Taxes. Prices are in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4.3 Price Errors. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and may cancel any orders arising from such errors.

4.4 Order Review. All orders are subject to review before fulfillment. We may contact you for verification and reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

5. Shipping

5.1 Shipping Process. Orders are shipped based on product availability. Tracking details will be provided via email when available.

5.2 Delays. If your order cannot be shipped immediately, we will notify you promptly.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Eligibility. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Certain clearance or special items may be final sale.

6.2 Return Process. To request a return, contact us at our email with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

6.3 Refunds. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

7. Warranties

Products sold on Chillin.Rocks are provided “as is” unless otherwise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us for assistance with warranty claims.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims eligible for small claims court or injunctive relief related to intellectual property.

15. Changes to this Agreement

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or sent via email. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
