Understanding Our Return Guidelines
Return Window: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be in new, resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
Exclusions: Certain items may be marked as final sale (e.g., clearance, limited edition, or digital products). These cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions to the Rule
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at our email within 48 hours of delivery (as marked by tracking information). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Return Process
Contact our support team at our email to request a return authorization.
If approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for sending the product back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear.
Exchanges: If requested, we can arrange an exchange for a different item of equal or lesser value.
Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Important Notes
Refunds can only be processed once returned items are received and verified.
Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error will not be eligible for a refund.
