1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (2–4 business days) – default option via FedEx or USPS.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – available at an additional cost.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, or destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to check the delivery status on the carrier’s website.

5. Out-of-Stock Items & Partial Shipments

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date or offer a refund.

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost to you.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, shipping method, and delivery location.

  • Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us at our email within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. Chillin.Rocks is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
